一，消光率高—各种大小型号的颗粒刚好满足涂料配方要求，消光率越高，颗粒分布狭窄且对称消光率高。

二，透明度好---消光粉经过科学的排列，折光指数与成膜树脂的折光指数相近，避免了消光透明漆可能发生的白雾状。

三，易 分 散—粒径分布的控制使之很容易分散于涂料之中，对于标准的溶解剂，以1200r/mm(桨叶速度为5-6m/s)搅拌叶轮分散10-15分钟，就可得到充分的分散，注意温度控制在50℃以下。

四，漆膜无影响—消光粉的纯度，粒径的完整性，耐研磨的特性及合理选择匹配的型号，不仅对漆膜重涂附着力无影响，耐磨损，而且涂膜平滑，手感好，光泽一致性好。

折光系数达到1.47,使之和树脂的折射率1.4-1.6更加接近，从而大大提高了产品的透明性。

高消光率

孔隙率为1.8-2.0毫米／克，并在生产设备和生产工艺上进行了优化，使产品有更窄的粒

径分布，从而大大提高了消光效率。

高分散性

通过最先进的研磨工艺，消光剂在极不利的条件下也非常容易分散，从而缩短操作时间，

并且更有利于添加消光剂去调校哑度。

使用方法：

1.如达到干基消光粉的消光效率，建议添加3-10%

2.由于不同的配方和条件，建议客户在使用前进行试验，确定最佳的添加量。

注意事项：

1.客户在装卸使用和运输途中，采取必要措施，避免粉尘飞扬。建议对方高度不超过10

层，受挤压会影响产品分散性，请适当延长分散时间。

2.建议使用是开包使用，避免受潮影响使用效果。

Instructions:

1. If you want to reach dry matting matting efficiency, recommended to add

3-10%
