此系列产品用于粉末涂料、塑料漆、工业烤漆、透明清漆、弹性漆、防腐漆、船舶漆、汽

车漆等，系列产品消光度高、透明度高、以分散、空隙率大、耐水性好、水油通用等优点。

一、消光效率高－－－－各种大小型号的颗粒刚好满足涂料配方要求，消光效率越高，颗粒

分布狭窄且对称消光效率高。

二、透明度好－－－－－消光粉经过科学的排列，折光指数与成膜树脂的折光指数相近，避

免了消光透明漆可能发生的白雾状。

三、以分散－－－－－粒径分布的控制使之很容易分散于涂料中，对于标准的溶解机。以

1200r/mm(桨叶速度为5-6m/s)搅拌叶轮分散10-15分钟，就可得到充分的分散，注意

温度控制在50℃一下。

四、漆膜无影响－－－－－消光粉的纯度、颗粒度完整性、耐磨性的特性及合理选择匹配

的型号，不仅对漆膜重涂附着力无影响、耐磨损，而且涂膜平滑、手感好、光泽一致性好。

Three,easy to disperse-----Control of the particle size distribution makes it

easy to disperse in the paint, for the standard solution, as the speed of 1200r/mm

（blade speed of 5-6m/s) mixing impeller dispersed 10-15 minutes, it can be fully

dispersed,attention that temperature should be controlled below 50℃.

Four,no effect for film----- The purity of extinction powder, the integrity of the

particle size, the special characteristics of abrasion resistance and reasonable

choice of the grinding characteristics matching models, not only have no effect on

the film recoat adhesion,but also it will be good for abrasion resistance and coating

smooth,the hand feeling will be much better,gloss consistent will be better too.
